Historical Community Tasting Notes
Preserved from the RateBeer community archive (circa 2000–2018)
Light straw/gold color; Medium body; Aroma of hops, grain & some malt; Flavor of slight sweet malt, rich hops, and grain; Finish crisp and slightly bitter; Overall, solid well made pilsner.
Pours straw with white head and some lacing. Classic pilsener notes of hay and grass. A bitter bite to the taste, unlike traditional beers of this style.
Clear golden pour with a foamy head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, malt and spicy hops. Flavor is crisp, with citrus and spice. Nice!
