Historical Community Tasting Notes

Preserved from the RateBeer community archive (circa 2000–2018)

Poured from bottle into shaker glass. The aroma was a little like tea, and wouldve scored more points if it hadnt been slightly skunked (damn those clear bottles). A cream- colored head with moderate retention rested on a light brown/ dark amber body. This beer was lightly carbonated, medium- bodied, and gave me the impression of "creaminess". No
Aroma is hoppy and sweat. Body is an rusty boran with a lighter version of the body color in the foamy head. Flavor is very earthy. The hoppy aromoa is not a true representation of the hop flavor. There is some spice, some sweet malty flavor. pretty smooth with a sloppy finish. Easy to drink
Hazy orange, aromas of bready malt and green grass hops, and a sweet note that I cant put my fnger on. Flavoursome palate of butterscotchy malt, nutty, piney, and yeasty. Terrific!
