12 oz. bottle thanks to Brad at Lunar Brewing Co. Poured to a Czech-pils glass a hazed, light orangy amber with frothy, off white, bubbly foam to the head, and very clingy curtains of lacing that reduced to lasting spots and streaks. The aroma was mainly resiny pine, with a little back-up grapefruity citrus, and just a hint of fruit sweetness. The
Pours dark gold with little to no head. Lightly piney aroma and flavor with a decent malt presence and a pleasantly bitter finish. A little disappointing, but definitely one to try again and re-rate if necessary.
Pours gold into the glass with a white head. Aroma is resin and citrus. Flavor has a simple bready malt with a huge bitter bite and an incredibly dry finish. Not a bad IPA, but probably one I wont buy much.
