Enjoyed from a 750ml bottle in a stemless wine glass. The beer pours a medium to slightliy dark yellow color, with an ample white head. The nose shows a pleasant, but somewhat surprising level of residual malt sweetness, along with less prevalent notes of yeast-derived fruit esters. The "Belgian Ale" strain seems to be the order of the day. The
750ml shared by glouglouburp. Appearance : Hazy pale yellow with a medium head. Aroma : Nice brett with nice malt. Great fruity notes coming in part from the brett. Light horse blanket notes. Bottle at Tomme Arthur @ Noma dinner. Golden coloured. Hazy. Small off white head. Aroma is light grassy, light floral, yeasty and with some spice and citrus. Flavour as well has citrus, grass, some floral notes and just a tad of yeast. Medium bodied. Is citric and dry in the end with just a tad of bitterness. Tomme A told that this didnt make the
