Location: 750 ml bottle from Gillys Aroma: Strong fruitiness, complex. Appearance: Deep brownish color, thick head Flavor: As it warms the flavors separate enough to show off the excellent complexity that lies within. Palate: Thick, creamy mouthfeel Overall Impression: Really solid Quad, at first taste I was thinking this one was way overr
330ml bottle in the St. Bernardus glass. Pours dark amber with a huge amount of floaties, far more than Ive seen in any other St. Bernardus beers. Aroma is caramel, grapes, fruit. Flavor is completely smooth. Hard to describe exactly whats going on with the flavor - theres a lot going on with this beer. Very good.
Complex Aroma, Fun beer!! just like rochefort 10 in a lot of ways.. Nice fruit flavour throughout.. good beer!!
