Ive drunk the Punkin Ale (bottle) on three or four separate occasions, and Ive been stumped on exactly what angle to take for my rating. Punkin Ale is well-crafted with all the necessary sweetness and cinnamony spice for a pumpkin beer, but it doesnt overdo things. This means that it tastes fine, but it comes off as somewhat forgettable as well. Wh
orange brown appearance with slight head. nose is sweet. a well balanced ale with a nutmeg and ciinamon flavor with some hints of pumpkin. not remarkable but better than most pumpkins out there. a step down from weyerbachers
on tap @Old Bay-pours a thin rocky off white head and amber color. Aroma is pumpkin, cinnamon/nutmeg, allspice, some bitterness, alcohol. Taste is pumpkin, cinnamon/nutmeg, allspice, some bitterness, alcohol.
