Bottle courtesy of Styles. Pours a hazy yellow, with a huge white head. Aroma is peppery, with citrus, and a nice brett character. Body is light & crisp. Flavor is candied fruit, with spices, and a little brett in the finish. Very nice.
Bottle. Pours hazy orange, thin white head, spotty lacing. Nose is soapy, with peach, light funk, some salt, some bacon, quite pretty. Flavours of spice, citrus, some funk and cheese, very tasty. Solid Saison. Great stuff!
Bottle at Dark Lord Day. Thanks for the share. Light golden yellow with no head. Very floral, fruity with kind of a thick body. Overall very well done. Would like to try again.
