UPDATED: MAY 18, 2011 (Thanks Jeff, the famous Vertical Bacon Strips) Le liquide a une robe brune passablement embrouille. Le col mousseux est solide et laisse derrire son passage une fine dentelle. Le nez permet de dcouvrir, au-del des traces de sucre brun et de miel, des fleurs dlicates avec des notes franches dagrumes et de levure fruite. Le

Pour is hazy dark red/brown with a thin off-white head that quickly fades away. Lacing is good, carbonation is apparent. Aroma is of orange peels, elderberries, caramel, wildflowers, and candied sugar. Flavor is sweet at first but transitions into a dry tart finish of oranges and burnt sugar/toffee.
