This craft brewery popped into life as a humble operation brewing under a railway arch beneath Piccadilly Station in late 2017, but its roots go even earlier, to autumn 2016 when it began life as “Dan’s Brewery” before evolving into the BrewCo we know today. Right from the start, this small team, rumoured to be just five strong, set out to make adventurous, limited-duration brews bursting with creativity, imagination and a hefty dose of Manchester’s independent spirit.
