Established in 2015 by two Finnish entrepreneurs in Tallinn, Estonia, Sori Brewing—produces creative and excellent beers—that have become well-known in the craft beer scene very fast. Driven by a wish to brew without compromise, the founders left Finland to pursue their passion, building a brewery that combines conventional brewing techniques with a "Belgo-American perspective" and inspirations from their Nordic background. With an annual production of over 3000 hectiliters, they present a varied selection of beer genres including barrel-aged strong ales, pleasant sours, and hop-forward IPAs. With almost 200 barrels in their outstanding barrel program, they clearly value workmanship and quality.

Sori Brewing's success stems from their commitment to use the best ingredients - pure water from their own well, Finnish malts, and carefully chosen hops, including hops from Finland. Reflecting their liberal attitude to brewing, several of their beers are certified gluten-free while several are vegan-friendly. Particularly the "Shadow Game" series, which is distinguished for its unusual flavour combinations and barrel-ageing, the brewery has received significant praise for their imperial stout. Their ideology also emphasises cooperation. Some of their most well-known beers, including the "Midsummer Melancholy" Baltic Porter developed with AF Brew, come from collaborations with reputable craft breweries all over the world.

From a crowdfunded startup raising almost a million euros with over 300 investors to an internationally known craft brewery, Sori Brewing's path reflects passion, skill, and community support.
