Beyond its craft beer, Lima is a city bursting with culinary quality, history and culture. With its colonial architecture and sites like the Plaza Mayor and Cathedral of Lima, or wander through the energetic Barranco and Miraflores, famed for their bohemian vibe, art galleries and ocean vistas, visitors can explore the historic centre. Renowned for its ceviche and fusion food, Lima is also a gastronomic centre where modern interpretation of traditional Peruvian ingredients is available.
